A short-course approach, suitable for middle school through college, designed to help non-reading singers quickly integrate into a choir that relies on reading skills. Drills take students through all pitches of the chromatic scale within a month, teaching them the essentials of deciphering notation. Each drill is a day's lesson, focusing on the skips or steps surrounding a particular pitch level. Identical to the High School Sight Singer except for the title.

Volume 1: Reading Pitches - focuses on all the pitches of the chromatic scale.

Volume 2: Reading Rhythms - includes a reproducible Workbook

Volume 3: Reading Key Signatures - covers locating, naming and drawing key signatures, names of lines and spaces, spelling of accidentals, order & placement of flats and sharps.

Volume 4: Supplement - integrates the lessons learned in Volumes 1 & 2. Designed to be used after or concurrently with these volumes to supplement and reinforce their concepts.

Volume 5: The Minor Modes - focuses on minor modes: first natural, then harmonic, finally melodic.
