Licensing & Reproduction Policy
Materials are licensed to the original purchaser. Purchasers can make as many copies as needed, year after year, as long as they  have the master or PDF file. If you are using a personal credit card, but will be reimbursed by an organization, the license will be in the name of the organization. If the licensee is not clear from the available information, you may be contacted to confirm. Shipping & Delivery
PDF purchases are available for download once payment has been authorized. A link to your download will be available automatically and also via an e-mail from us along with your Reproduction License and formal invoice. You have 3 downloads available for each item. Keep at least one in reserve in case you need to replace an item.

Masterworks Press does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Neither do we store any credit card information on our site.

Returns & Replacements
PDF sales are final. If you are unsure about a purchase, call first for more details or request an evaluation copy prior to purchase. If we err in sending the wrong material, you can keep it or delete it with our apologies, while we send the correct item(s). Replacement volumes or complete sets of previously purchased materials are available at half the cost of the original item. Individual pages can be replaced for $1/page.
We recommend making a backup copy of PDF files on a flash drive or CD or external hard drive to avoid having to replace the originals. Call us (800-300-9229) to place an order for replacements, since the store cannot provide that discount.
Ordering is simple. Select the item you wish to purchase from the product detail page. When you add it to the cart, it may ask you to select which downloadable item you are purchasing - a single volume, multiple volumes, or a complete set. Pricing will vary for these options, which is why the price on the product page might appear as $0.00.
I previously bought print masters, but now would like a PDF format as well. 

PDF format of a licensed print master is available for 50% of the current cost of the material to the orginal licensee. Call us to order, since the store cannot provide that discount.

What if I want both a print master and a PDF format of a title?

Buy the PDF format, print off a master copy to use for duplicating, and have the best of both worlds for the price of one.

Payment Options
We accept purchase orders and require a copy of the signed PO by fax (360-943-6808) or e-mail ( before we can authorize your order.
You can use your own credit card securely via PayPal for Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. 
PDF files will be authorized for download once we receive confirmation of credit card payment or a copy of the PO.
Viewing Orders
Once you are registered and logged in, you can check the status of any orders by selecting My Account, then My Orders from the menu on the left of the screen. You can also view available downloads by selecting My Downloadable Products.
Updating Account Information
If you are already logged in, you can update your customer information by selecting My Account from the top of any page. You can change your password, billing and or shipping addresses. You can also change the licensee for a specific order. If you are new to the site, you will be asked to register.
